The clamor for some in this country for President Barack Obama to show his long-form birth certificate, which he decided to do the other day, has racial undertones. At least, the real estate mogul and all but presidential candidate, Donald Trump, and some politicians have displayed their true face, so people will at least know what they're voting for or not. The day the president displayed his long-form was humiliating, not so much for the president, but the nation as a whole. The "carnival barkers", as the president aptly called them, are out in full force not so much because they really believe their own distortions, but because they know what still sells in America..
