Remember the Pharisees from the Bible that Jesus challenged: now, 21st Century Pharisees, most prominent among them being famous politicians and "statesmen" in the United States, are calling for (or strongly implying) extra-judicial execution to be meted out to the founder of WikiLeaks or certain whistleblowers. Some of the politicians have even called for drone strikes, as if anybody they don't like should meet the fate of push-button execution, little matter to these hypocrites of democracy as to whether a crime has been committed or not, as if that should matter for extra-judicial matters. Interestingly, this brings up the whole issue of drones, which are nothing but another of humanity's regressions, though WikiLeaks has discovered that several or many countries want them. In other worlds, a stealth tool for more brutalization and killing, as if the world needed more of that. Drones should be banned by an international arms control convention/treaty. Like the Pharisees, of course, most, if not all, of the aforementioned famous politicians and "statesmen" profess to be religious, which of course is just a shield to hide their most evil thoughts. The Magna Carta, Habeas Corpus, and the Bill of Rights, let alone the Ten Commandments and the Sermon on the Mount, mean nothing to them.
